Desk ducks should be a thing for everyone. I have a goldfish bowl full of them too. My kids (not kids anymore really) all love ducks too. Mainly cos of Uncle Gerard and his ducks.

Love my ducks. My best friend was a digital tech teacher, he said there was some programming thing that you would tell the duck what you are doing. when he got sick with cancer he had a range of ducks he would post photos of so we knew what was happening. I have one tattooed on my leg too.

My sleuthing might have led me to working out which artist the card and maybe Kererū came from. I love the card and will get a frame for it. There was a lovely note included too. #SecretSantaAoNZ

I forgot to add the flowers that were in the box. When I was a kid/teen I love these dried flowers but couldn’t ever buy any cos of $$. Now I have some to sit by my sewing machine to make me smile. #SecretSantaAoNZ

Final gift had all the yummy stuff… hot chocolate, fancy chocolate, mochacino. Am feeling a wee bit overwhelmed as I have played this for years and had a few times that I have really questioned why. My faith has been restored. Thank you so much Secret Santa #SecretSantaAoNZ

Dress made for Mum for Xmas, it was supposed to have a band or elastic on the sleeve but I decided pleats were nicer for a 70yr old.

I got mine today too. My busy day was chauffeuring Ms N and her friend (she skates too) since kindy (and every school) to get their learners licenses. I think you probably taught both of them.

He’s got good hair. His school have no major hair rules (lucky him) was pretty much nothing extreme. Looked even better for school ball cos I had time to style it better

13yrs of school done. The cone is a German tradition that’s filled with treats for your first day of school. We try to incorporate Ben’s family traditions and mine in how we celebrate things.
