What this means for MiHoYo ENG VAs is that the ball is back in SAG-AFTRA's court, with two possible outcomes:
1) MiHoYo ENG VAs go back to work as they did before and nothing changes.
2) SAG enforces Global Rule One more harshly (as they have been lately) and the VAs get recast.
Time will tell.

A reminder that MiHoYo is not, and never was, a target of the strike as has been confirmed by the actual VAs, but rather a collective work refusal to try and turn the company from non-union to union. These are two very different things and should be acknowledged as such.
