This phrase popped immediately in my mind when I saw the her golden yellow eyes

Amidst the cheerful crowd, her expression was not one of joy, but of deep concern. She alone knew what had been done, and what was still to come. Liquid sun was burning inside her golden eyes.
Then, without a word, she turned away from the celebration, aware it marked only a feeble peace.

I have a few more characters here soooo... I might enjoy those few more words to write something different 😉
