You can outright disable it though. It's not forceful like Microsoft has been with all its AI slop.

Yep. XP was alright in its infancy, but it really needed to die when Vista rolled out. Vista is a night and day difference in stability and security. Issues plummeted when the world moved to 7 and finally got Vista's backend.

Vista had issues at the start, but only the start. I saw XP systems failing all the time. Zero security will do that. Stupidly easy to break

Same here, though I had way more time with Vista than XP. Everyone had issues out of XP. It was too easy to break :/
