I largely don't even bother counting these things anymore other than comparing to a regular meal for the occasional meal substitute. Especially not calories; they tend to just help to know for off-diet bites you'll end up having. Ounces and grams do the trick for unprocessed/unrefined whole food.

Didn't know about LR, unfortunately. I started the second one because I played and loved the second and third when I was a kid, but oof, did not find it aged too well outside of Gex's little voiced quips. The emulation seemed fine I think?
