Part of changing the way we work is changing the way we contribute to each other's well being, and I see this kind of pricing model as a core component of that. If you're curious, I wrote about why I think it's important to talk about money this way: everythingchanges.us/blog/all-on-...

As with all my practices, pricing is on a sliding scale, and I'm happy to think with you if you have questions or want to talk out what it means to pay for things this way. everythingchanges.us/workshop/sf/...

This kind of thinking is a big part of why I so enjoy gathering people together to imagine different ways of working; it's critical to talk about what's wrong with work right now. It's likewise necessary to imagine *what else*. everythingchanges.us/workshop/sf

I keep the work/shops very small so that we really have a chance to get to know and witness each other; applications are open now, and are due by noon EST next Monday. Everyone who applies will hear from me the following week. everythingchanges.us/workshop/sf/...

As with all my services, fees are structured on a sliding scale. If the standard rate ($600) works for you, great. If that’s inaccessible, you can pay less; if it seems too good to be true, I invite you to pay more! everythingchanges.us/workshop/sf/...

This will be the fourth cohort of the work/shop, which has evolved with the practice, care, and attention of everyone who has joined so far. I am so, so grateful for their contributions and hope to honor them by paying it forward.

But if I’ve learned anything from walking alongside so many brilliant, extraordinary people, it’s that even in the most difficult of circumstances, there’s room to maneuver, someone ready to lend a hand or conspire to make a change, some hidden path waiting to be uncovered.

It’s especially frightening these days, as fascism in our streets and in our workplaces makes these kinds of moves seem more precarious, more risky, more threatening. Which is of course the point! Fascism wants us to be stuck.
