I always go for a thicker semi glossy paper. The thicker the paper is the more premium it feels imo. The semi glossy makes the colors super rich and similar to how it looks on a computer but not too shiny

I’ll need to pick it up soon then! I usually only read non fiction but I’m trying to figure out what kind of fiction I actually like. It’s a bit of an experiment right now but psychological horror, gay, and anything historical are my jams usually :)

I haven’t! It’s on my list though. TikTok recommended me a bunch of gothic horror stuff recently so I’m slowly picking them up. I liked her writing style and the short chapters so I’m hoping it’s similar
