Experimenting today. Found a hand balm recipe online which uses Shea butter, beeswax, coconut oil or olive oil & fragrance of your choice so this first batch I've chosen Jasmine. #gardenershandbalm

Remember the huge contorted hazel I lightly trimmed last winter well it responded well so the saw came out today to take it down to 1m to encourage more branches from lower down & leaving a few younger branches.
Winter clematis on the wall will be reduced by a third in the spring.

Didn't have any nut crackers so pliers and secateurs worked a treat to get the seeds from the apricot stones only 4 viable seeds so planted them in this pot on my kitchen windowsill nurturing them keys see if any germinate 🤞🤞🤞🤞
