TIL that thing where you draw just some of the texture / line of a surface and the brain fills in the rest is related to something called Gestalt principles, and it's that thing i've been looking for the whole time!
(I want to learn it so i can be lazy and draw less HAHAHA)

.. plus other doodles! Although it's mostly copy sketches haha, I wanted to try drawing without guidelines, plus do the whole imply texture without drawing every scale thing!
