This week I'm showing off one of the Titan class creatures in my #ttrpg Undead Paradise; the Myramite.

This huge centipede-like abomination formed from the debris of wrecked train cars and the unfortunate humans who perished within them.
Myramites are huge centipede-like abominations formed from the debris of wrecked train cars and the unfortunate humans who perished within them. Their outer shell is fused from the corroded metal husks that were the train, fungal and plant growths writhing along the spine. Emerging from broken windows and tears in the metal exterior, are elongated human-like arms, mutated and fused into one being by the infection. These seemingly hundred limbs give the Myramite its maneuverability, allowing it to climb walls, tunnels, and scale buildings. The top of its head is made of hardened bone, with a large horn, reminiscent of a rhinoceros, protruding on its snout and glowing a bright-blue, illuminating the space for the Myramite to travel even at night or in dark locations. There are also two curved tusks protruding from the skull, framing and protecting the lower jaw. The Myramite possesses six eyes, three on the left side and three on the right. Steam billows from the nostrils, as the Myramite can produce a burst of fire from deep within its belly, to melt through obstacles or threats.

Working on a new #ttrpg map this week. I love trickster villains who have a flare for the theatrics. One fun idea is to have the party run into a "talk-show" set at the whim/entertainment of a cosmic villain. Great way for a villain to give a monologue.

For #WIPWednesday, I wanted to share one of the Terraformer creatures that @aromiekim.bsky.social illustrated for my #ttrpg Undead Paradise.
Terraformers convert the environment into mutation hotspots. The Orbrey, see below, floats amongst ruined cities, feeding on the remnants of civilization.
Floating off the ground, these rubbery-skinned creatures consume all kinds of non-living materials; like wood, paper, plastic, cloth, and broken down metals. Orbrey bodies are round and inflated, with tentacles that trail as long as 15 feet. They have no eyes or nose, relying rather on the mouths on the tips of their tentacles to feel around an area. Their bodies are usually yellow marked with arching blue lines (inspired by bluering angelfish).

Below is the Tethka Coil, a Predator class creature that hunts in the urban ruins.

These large snake-like creatures fuse metal along their hide to grant them better protection and conduction. Growing up to 30 feet long, the Tethka Coil is a predator-class creature hunting in urban environments. It typically preys upon Vermin, bugs, or cattle, but will also devour anything it perceives as a rival. They also love to consume anything that runs on electricity; electronics, car batteries, machinery, etc. For this reason, Thethka Coils usually dwell near sources of electricity Its head is exposed, showing off its two sets of glowing eyes that allow the Tethka Coil to see in the dark. The jaw is extremely strong with razor sharp teeth lining the top and bottom rows (similar to eel). The tail is coated in diamonds, granting the Tethka Coil a weapon that can shatter most protective obstacles. Tethka Coils excrete a substance known as Tethka, a teal green liquid that soaks into metal, corroding and mutating it. These infected metals are then carried across great distances, spreading the mutation, and spawning new creations.

This week I'm working on the Quickstart guide for my #ttrpg Undead Paradise, a game about zombies who have regained their sentience and are now navigating a mutated world long after humanity has fallen.

Below is the Undead Class, Stalker: A nimble and stealthy undead that can walk up walls.

Below is the Vulture; a hunger-inducing nightmare that messes with the minds of its prey from a distance before turning them into zombies.
An Undead that's equipped with strong leathery wings, and exude an aura of dread. Because of the nightmarish hallucinations these undead can wreak, they were given the classification: Vulture.

Below is the Hive Core; a dazzling zombie that can telepathically communicate with its' horde.
This special mutation incorporated insectoid-like features, with their faces entirely overtaken by the colourful modification. They appeared dazzling to those who beheld them, casting an alluring effect on potential prey. Their movements appeared graceful rather than erratic, hinting at an inherent intelligence. Acting as a communication relay, these central zombies would broadcast orders to their horde within a 1 mile radius. Without this communicator, a horde would be mindless and disunited, acting upon their own impulses. For this reason they were given the classification: Hive Core.

Below is the Brute; a powerful undead that not only retained their flesh, but their muscle mass increased immensely.
A powerful undead that not only retained their flesh, but their muscle mass increased immensely. Their bones likewise grew and strengthened. Distinctly, a set of horns sprouted out of their skulls. Because of their impressive strength and size, they were given the classification: Brute.

Below is the Ooze; a man-made attempt to combat the zombie outbreak gone wrong. They can manipulate their form to maneuver more freely.
These undead beings could manipulate their structural form to maneuver more freely and, more importantly, disguise their appearance. Unfortunately, these monsters were not under the control of their creators. These amorphous shapeshifter zombies were given the classification: Ooze.

Below is the Undead Class: Bright-Eyes. An undead that retained its intelligence.
Able to understand humanity and the mutation, these smart undead were instrumental in humanity’s extinction. When the bombings began, they knew to find safety below ground. When remnants of humanity hunkered into shelters, it was these zombies that were able to sabotage the defenses. These undead were identified by their signature bright yellow eyes. For that reason, they were given the classification: Bright Eyes.

hese undead mutated to take on more animalistic traits. Their finger bones grew to extend out like claws. Their facial structure mutated to form a snout equipped with razor-sharp teeth. Their moss-covered hides helped camouflage them from prey, as they ravaged the ecosystem. As the decades passed and the environment morphed, these zombie mutants merged with the new plant-life forming. Creating a symbiosis with nature, these undead guardians of the forest were given the classification: Troll.
