They've burnt their own house down to demonstrate and weaken US / West influence, but it was a shitty house anyway so I don't think they're too fussed about that.
They're more focused on creating an equality of misery - proving that everyone has a shitty system.

I don't think Russia views winning the same way you (or I) do. If viewed from that lens, they've fragmented Europe and NATO. Strengthened MAGA, created a forever war to lower stretch the wests economy, strengthened BRICS, and fast-tracked the de-dollarisation.
