When I work with my nutrition clients, I view chocolate cravings as a red flag for magnesium deficiency, which is very common.

Next we work on incorporating a magnesium rich food daily to reduce cravings. Chocolate is still awesome tho - especially dark, since it has more magnesium than milk choc

Seriously. I can't believe these hospitals keep saying that the nurses are putting patients in danger by going on strike... when they're striking for conditions that will improve patient care!

As someone who worked at one of these hospitals, I can say these issues have been festering for years. I've watched entire floors of nurses drown while trying to care for too many patients. It's a nightmare for patient safety & hospital staff morale. They deserve everything they are asking for.

Doctors, I love and appreciate you. I am incredibly thankful for the doctors out there who are doing a great job.

But it's exactly this type of crap that makes patient trust in your profession plummet.

I love it! Although I do wish wearing a mask when you're actively sick was part of the campaign too - of course, that is extremely idealist of me.
