Just played some Toejam and Earl again for the first time in a long time tonight. I forgot how much I LOVE this game. It’s straight fun, and the random worlds mean it never really gets old. If you’ve slept on this game until now, give it a go. It’s available on Nintendo Switch Online on the Genesis!

Just played some Toejam and Earl again for the first time in a long time tonight. I forgot how much I LOVE this game. It’s straight fun, and the random worlds mean it never really gets old. You know what movie I really liked as a kid? The Money Pit. I don’t really know why - it wasn’t really made for me, but it was funny, and easy enough for me to pick up on without needing any major prior life experience. As a bonus, I find it’s even more relatable since becoming a home owner 😅😒.

Taking a hot shower, as hot as I like, for as long as I like, is one of my favorite comforts. The world melts away and the thoughts go quiet, and in that brief time I either have the grandest epiphanies or complete mental disconnection and it. Is. Glorious.

This faithful, masterpiece-scale recreation of the G1 Transformers cartoon Stunticon team comprised of 5 members - Breakdown, Dead End, Dragstrip, Wildrider, and Motormaster - is so big that he can’t even stand on my shelf. I LOVE it!!!!!

I just played Marvel Vs Capcom 2 on Dreamcast yesterday and omg it felt like playing at the arcade. I know, I know that’s what everyone says about Dreamcast, but damnit it’s different when you experience it yourself and it really caught me in an emotional place I wasn’t expecting.

So. Slight format change coming soon. As much as I love playing big-story games with you all it’s pretty hard to maintain when I only get to stream once a week for just a few short hours. So moving forward, we’ll be playing more level or progression-based games we can easily pick up and go with.

Wow. Just wow. I was genuinely impressed and surprised by Metal Gear Solid. Even after all these years, it really holds up. It’s tough and exciting, and it took my 3 hours to finish what I thought was the end of the game 😅.

If you preordered a switch 2 from Walmart, check your order status. My buddy got his cancelled for a bullshit reason and they want to give him $10 and an “I’m sorry” rather than make it right. 😩
