Project safeguard was the first step in a line of many. The next would be the construction of flying drones, based off of both Projects Safeguard and S.T.A.R.C.A.T. However, these drones would have very basic intelligence, programmed to target Decepticons. I would, of course, keep both members of

Project S.T.A.R.K.A.T was a decepticon project, related to the cloning experiments. The experiments I wish to conduct would involve creating flying drones without the… problems that are related to cloning. Thus, its similarities to project Safeguard, without any of the drawbacks.

Yes and no. The science ministry has already been straining at its budget. With Project S.T.A.R.K.A.T’s data and the success of Project Safeguard, along with a project “Dongle“, it is feasible to create airborne drone soldiers. This endeavour would require much research and resources,

I am simply.. concerned about my newest expenditure. A former subject of the decepticon Project S.T.A.R.K.A.T, with the goal to make weapons of mass destruction. No viable subjects were produced by initial experiments, so I conducted a few cursory repairs on Starcat to see the issues.
