‘Re-enchanting the World’ (December) by Malgorzata Mirga-Tas - 2022 Mixed Media - Acrylic & Textile on Canvas, 462 x 502 cm
Małgorzata Mirga-Tas is a Polish-Romani artist, sculptor, painter, activist, feminist and educator, the winner of the Paszport Polityki Polish art award. In 2022, Mirga-Tas represented Poland at the 59th Venice Biennale as part of the "Milk of Dreams" exhibition, where she was the first Romani artist to represent any country at this art event. Mirga-Tas started her career as a cardboard sculptor. She developed a unique method of using cardboard, glue and different materials in order to sculpt animal and human figures. Loss: Final Score Eagles QB Jalen Hurts has been injured for about 3-4 wks now. He can barely move. Eagles should’ve rested him & let his body heal. Don’t know why triumvirate of Coach Nick Sirianni, Howie Roseman & Owner/CEO Jeff Lurie didn’t pull Hurts till last two regular season games or so in order to make much better playoff run & get back to SuperBowl©️ to defend Championship & repeat, etc.
