There was a point in my life a couple of years back where I could swallow whole fish oil capsules, so to have lost the ability to feel a sense of control over my anxiety.. feels terrible. (3/3)

I've tried to relax my brain and not get paranoid about things but my brain is fighting back telling me I might choke to death. (I have choked on things in the past). (2/3)

That is understandable 😭 have you ever heard of UVF face masks? Like face masks that have UV protection. I used to use them everyday until I found a sunscreen I liked. Mask + wide brim hat got me through many outdoor activities.

Understandable - it took me years to find a sunscreen I feel comfortable with on my face & in reapplication. I have found one now that doesn't set off my sensory struggles but before I found one I liked I wore a UVF face mask XD. Wide brim hats also saved my eyes from bright light

Thank you for answering 🙏🏻 we basically have the same routine except I use tube sunscreen that has a mattifying effect cuz I've heard mixed reviews on sprays. UVF clothing has helped me combat the feeling of heat on my skin outside which is great (and also less sunscreen used)😁

I am quite hyper fixated around the sun and protecting myself after I had a mole cut out of my skin a few years back.

I hope the truth, whichever way it goes, gives you the clarity you need 🙏🏻

Heck, There is an episode where he accused a dying women of being a terrorist, wtf! I'm not saying autistic people can't be racist but the execution with a lot of the shows sensitive storylines are pathetically bad.

Whereas with the good doctor is outright in the fact that he is autistic, and leans heavily into harmful autistic stereotypes.

I actually consider it worse than Sheldon Cooper. Because there's always the argument with Sheldon that the label of autistic was projected onto the character by ignorant watchers of the series. (I refuse to consider him autistic, hes just sexist and blunt, & a many other things that I dislike)

They've put an actually autistic actress in the final season to save face but by then it's too late. Plus the story was not written by autistic people. It's my most disliked autistic rep. It's also frustrating that it went on for so many seasons, adding to it's impact on the mainstream.

I dislike Sia's movie "music" but it flopped at the box office and became forgotten. The only time it's brought up now is to critique it. Whereas the Good Doctor went for SEASONS and had so many episodes of poorly executed plot AND horrendous portrayal of an autistic man.
