I'll have to have a look at it. Annoyingly for me it often happens in my sleep. Only thing that seems to help is using plushies to hold my body in a 'safe' position while I sleep

It was asking my cardiologist how much extra salt I should aim for per day. The amount she told me ended up being less than an 1/8 the amount I actually needed. Wish doctors would just admit if they don't know an answer. As the salt thing really impacted my quality of life

Its a really cute habit she's picked up and since she was allowed to take that one pillow she's stopped trying to steal more of them. Win win
