Darn, ricotta in lasagna! And yes, challenge my teenagers’ cooking desires even though we did find interesting recipes, thanks to TikTok also! Now we just talk about the recipes before embarking into complete kitchen remodeling. Mainly also because so much ended up in the bin 😝
