I started to take T blockers and estrogen, which gym bros think will "kill gains."
I haven't had any whey or creatine in over a year
My muscles have changed Drastically with Hrt, but tbh, it's about your journey and how you feel in your body. Keep pushing if you ♡ it, but know you are good enough
