I lost my cat and dog 28 days apart from each other. My cat got very sick quickly. Then my dog started with symptoms 4 days later and went down hill. They LOVED each other and my dog’s rapid decline due to progressed disease/cancer definitely showed how much he couldn’t live without her.

Her twin sister was kidnapped at a young age, presumed dead. Nightly she has nightmare of her twin. She dreams of the past and of things she cant quiet comprehend. Is this all her body's response to loss, or does it mean something more?

I put my girl to sleep about 1 month ago. Im almost done her memorial picture. I feel like her loss took a hold of me to create this. Nothing I have ever done had been this good.

My big doofer dog hurt his back (and potentially more) on sunday. I took him to the vet on Wednesday (after starting a regimen at home for generic leg injury) but he progressively became ataxic (wobbly) in the hind end. So we're starting treatment for back injury. Hoping to see more improvement.

So I've been inactive due to repeat illness again. But my cat is great. I think she was giving herself repeat foreign bodies from ripping up the matress in the baby's room. (I had no idea she had done this until she showed me!) This is more attention seeking behavior driven than a usual issue.

Update: Daisy is doing okay. Improving. I got Norovirus the day of her visit, my son had surgery, and then caught a horrible bug. Looking to take Daisy on a less emergent basis to the vet. ($20/$250)

My friend made a direct donation to my account at the vet. I'm unsure how much. But, walking in knowing some finances are covered is bringing me some peace. I am undeserving of a friend like them.

I'm going to find the remaining money and take Daisy tomorrow to the vet. I'm unsure what she'll say. But she is so painful that I have to find a solution or I have to say goodbye to her. She's suffering and I can't do that to her.

For once in a long time I am enjoying down time. My husband and I have been playing Thunderstone Quest and I have been whooping his ass. Which is saying something because my husband is very very good at deck synergy and maximizing his plays. So I don't win often. 🤣❤️

I've been worried about getting ANYTHING on the canvas that I've been just getting any color i can doen, then I'll adjust the shading/tone.
