Aye. As prior to the 2nd Triumvirate Cicero and Octavian were technically on the same side (Octavian helped lead the Senatorial forces against Marcus Antonius) and Octavian held Cicero in high regard but the need for finances seen many friends of the 3 find themselves on the list.
