Bought all four in a set together on BigBadToyStore and I don’t think in all my toy collecting years have I gotten this type of box that is sent to retailers containing the stock of figures they sell. Neat.

I had a brief TMNT Playmates collecting phase two years ago leading up to Mutant Mayhem. Both figures for that movie and the newer OG Playmates toyline reissues. Got only half the Movie Star Turtles in that time and recently one of Movie Mikey’s nunchucks broke so yeah.

I honestly dunno why I purchased another standard Skeletor. He was my first MOTU Origins figure I got back in early 2022 and still stands pretty well. Just got this MIB one on eBay for $14 and it’s the first wave non-original toy accurate head variant so there’s that.

Read this thought out argument I just made on why AI isn't the real problem.

HUGE Argument: It is understandable why we all despise AI and what I'm about to say is not defending it
but what the main problem with AI isn't the technology itself, but rather the people who are pioneering it like Musk
consider how much of it was humanity's dream for decades

Want a good example of what I mean? One of my favorite pieces of fiction that was written decades ago that was made as an allegory for prejudice and oppression but now I feel like at the same time is more relevant than ever if you give it a read. It highlights the more hopeful side of the future.

Why am I making this big argument? Because I want to highlight how and why people are fearing AI but the people who fund, develop and use it 100% for their own gain are the problem.
AI and human workers can co-exist. The higher class just doesn't want that.

Am I making a "Not all AI is bad argument"? Yeah, probably, but to reiterate, it's not the AI itself, it's the terrible people who create and use it.

There was hope and fear for AI prior to it's creation that it would either assist humanity or take their work and sadly the latter is happening purely because of the rich people who create and use it.

We finally have the advancements in technology for AI to be a reality but what do these people who funded and make it in the first place do? Screw over thousands of jobs because they're business' who don't care about their workers well being and then it became a rapid snowball effect.
