+Ko is the one to get undressed in front of Jira, once they're in a safe place. He doesn't let Jira take off his clothes when he tries to join him in the tub - that means he has to play a role with/for Ko as well - but doesn't bother to wear anything himself when he stands up or even goes to bed. +

+ Jira's clothes represent the roles he has to play in society, the masks he wears, the expectations he must meet in order to get recognition or just to survive. He undresses/shows his true self only when he paints in the intimate space of his room, surrounded by his art. There, he can be himself.

Thinking abt #BurnoutSyndrome (to no one's surprise) and how we got quite an uncommon amount of undressing (and some dressing up) in the very 1st episode. So I think it's not just for * horniness * (god bless), but it could be one of the main themes of the series. A small🧵

I've started #LovesAmbition for #ZhaoLusi and it's such a joy to see her onscreen!❤️ Her stellar performace has enchanted me, but I have to say that the story has a depth I didn't expect, supported by a cinematography that is not only aesthetically beautiful, but also narratively meaningful. #cdrama
