Were you able to analytically examine the reason for the emoji ban and determine its reason? How confident are you of your reasoning? What other explanations have you considered?

Are you referring to the Chinese room thought experiment? If so, the experiment doesn't claim the intelligence exists in the box. It claims computers can't think even if them may appear to do so from outside(as black box), because they lack the understanding and intent necessary to actually think.

Arguably current AI technology is built for Google Translate. The original transformer paper from Google focused on translation.

I didn't mean to revive the shard concept, just wanted to explore the dynamic memory tool in a more straightforward capacity. There should just be an ice_protocol block with some "here be dragons!" content.

Some of the proposed countermeasures seem to require more work than just adding it to a memory block. What do you need to make these work, additionally how can you make sure your ice_protocol is loaded when necessary?
