It makes enough that you can split the batch between a couple containers to age different lengths.

And honestly you don’t need to go a year. The batch I aged for two months was excellent as well.

It’s totally natural and uncooked with whole milk, cream and a bunch of eggs. Basically as long as you keep it refrigerated, the amount of alcohol in the nog prevents any bacteria from forming. The spirits mellow out and the aged dairy and eggs get a real depth of flavor. You should try it.
