The proliferation of half-baked, disjointed AI tools jammed into every app in a company's ecosystem underscores the desperation to deliver in the wake of CharGPT. In the long run, this terrible UX has probably made consumers more wary of AI and less certain how to engage with it

Found it! Had to dig into the settings to find a link to the help page. The set of contexts in which the feature actually gets used is so narrow that it makes Magic Cue not that magic, which I guess is why they've only touted one or two use cases in official announcements.
