Beautiful sunny morning for a run 😎 I ran the Henham 10k today, another slowish time for me but intended to take it easy. It was very congested at the start, with lots of muddy slippery terrain. Norwich half marathon in two weeks, last big race of the year 🙌

Price of ram is a bit crazy right now. I needed a 16gb DDR4 kit, it cost almost as much as a 32gb kit cost a couple of years ago. I guess lots of people are upgrading their systems due to the Windows 10 eol.

I had a fantastic race this morning at the Ipswich half marathon. Took 5 minutes off my half marathon PB and 12.5 minutes off my time for this race last year. Very happy right now 🙌

Great race this morning at Felixstowe for the Richard Bennett 10 mile. The sun was out and the wind wasn't too strong, I managed to get it done 10 minutes quicker than last year 🙌 Ipswich half next Sunday!

Super happy with the race this morning. The sun came out and there was a lovely breeze along the coast. Good time for me and guessing I finished in the top 30% or so.

Out in Jersey this weekend and I'm running a charity 10k to support Jersey Hospice Care, race day tomorrow. Went out for a quick run this morning and must've over did it a bit, my heart rate doesn't usually go this high.

I hate eBay listings where the seller has used the AI assistant to write the description for them. If you're too lazy to string together a couple of sentences, to tell me about what you're selling, then I'm going to bet you can't be bothered to clean and package it nicely before sending.

I ran another local 10k (almost) race this morning. The Aldeburgh Regatta mini marathon. The recent drop in temperature was welcome, tricky terrain for this one, some time on the beach running on stones and sand.

I ran around a Motorsport track Wednesday evening, the Run Snetterton 10k race. A very smooth and flat course, recommended if you want to get a PB.
