Agreed! I bought three large cat scratchers. One arrived today - 2 others coming Friday. I put 1 together and my cat knocked it over immediately and broke it in half. They responded to a chat at 9pm. Refunded the whole thing even tho I just wanted to cancel 2. Told me to donate the rest 🤯
