Our 2025 Christmas ornament is complete! I knew what this one would be right away. It took me 6 years to finish my PhD, after staring the program in Fall 2019 when Covid hit, and I did not exit the same person. Through all that my hubby and kids were with me. This is a closing for us all.

Christmas stocking number 5 is complete! My daughter's request for designs: cats and axolotls. The yellow color kind of ate the cream color on this one, but she loves it, and that's all that matters.

I couldn't help it, when I saw this free pattern by @cascadeyarns.bsky.social I HAD to make it! This is the Harvest Pie coaster set, and it is so freaking cute and so perfect for Fall, I can't get over it. Although, who am I kidding, I'll keep this out all year long.

My husband told me he saw that knitters and crocheters live on average 10 years longer than others. He then said it takes them on average 10 years to weave in all their ends. Now it's going to take him 10 years to avoid me stabbing him with my knitting needles while I avoid weaving in my ends. 😂
