Lightning strike in Storsjön

Today we got some really intense lightnings over Östersund, Sweden. I went out to try and grab some with my camera and here's one impressive lightning I managed to get. Got lucky it was perfectly centered in my photo.

What a start to the new year! I took this photo just an hour ago here in Östersund. It looks like a beautiful new year's rocket over the center of #Östersund, #Sweden.

I've just finished editing some data from back in September this year och the Bubble and Lobster Claw Nebula (NGC 7635 and SH2-157). Total exposure time was 2 hours through a narrowband filter.

Finally I got some clear skies to be able to test out the new Nikon NIKKOR Z 135mm f/1,8 S Plena lens.

First light was on the region around the Orion nebula, M42. The final image is a 75 minute exposure taken with the Plena using my Nikon Z9 camera.
