Once you become overwhelmed to an extreme, everything becomes like too much, even the things you like. And it's so tiring you want to rest, even if at the back of your head you still want to be creative.
Good thing is, eventually you'll get a strong need to create again and it'll get better!!

AI is part of a much bigger issue (climate change, plutocracy, fascism, misinformation, unemployment, etc) and I feel like this needs to be a policy/political thing: data centers MUST be highly regulated; tax the billionaires; bring in UBI; phase out fossil fuels; etc etc.
