How does that affect morale? Do they hope that speaking out is going to make a change? Or that it's perhaps another story that people will forget about? Sugawara then replies: "[Nervous chuckles] Regarding MAPPA, it's said there's a rule that you're not supposed to talk about it. Genga-chan then follows with: "It's difficult, so people tend to keep it bottled up and don't necessarily talk about it. Sugawara concludes the answer with: "Most people who work in animation are fundamentally artistic, and a weird fact of the situation is that a difficult environment can sometimes lead to greater artistic work. There's an irony in that perspective.
