When shared, ARTEM-IS standardised reports also allow easier metadata extraction, helping metascience in addition to improving reproducibility of individual studies and aiding future research.

As a result, you get a detailed, standardised report in both human-readable PDF and machine-readable JSON file. You can use it as a supplement to your publication, or as a memory aid when writing a paper.

If you are not familiar with ARTEM-IS, it is an open science project whose goal is to boost transparency in EEG research literature. We provide a user-friendly web form that helps document every important step in an EEG study, which you can fill in at any stage of the study.
