That's really promising actually!
I've always said that IMO a good video game movie should be a complementary piece of media instead of trying to replicate the game 1:1.
And we've seen it work:
Arcane, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, Fallout,...
All of them complement the game instead of replacing it.

Even worse when you hype yourself up to get into something like drawing, maybe even get something for said hobby and then realize "wait a minute.. I remember now.. It's not my equipment that makes me bad at drawing, I just am and am too lazy to get better :')"

On the plus side, House of the Dead 2 Remake is releasing today and while I have absolutely no expectations in it being remotely as good as I would want it to be. It's gonna be nice to have some nostalgia thing to distract me once I get home ~

Interesting move to revive James Pond as well as Ian Fleming to promote against it, to be fair.

Especially since it looks like it's going to be a really nice and short cinematic again. Similar to the Mafia 1 Remake, which i absolutely loved.
