In just a month, 10,000 people in MA dropped their health insurance. That's 2x more than last year.

10,000 mommas, grandpas, aunts, neighbors, and friends who looked at their bill and said "I can't do this."

Because Republicans won’t lift a finger to lower health care costs.

Republicans voted for a trillion dollars in tax breaks for the 1%, but they couldn't vote to protect 20 million Americans from seeing a doubling — on average — of their health care premiums.

Pathetic.

Donald Trump is trying to shut down the CFPB, an agency that has returned $21 billion to Americans who were cheated by big banks and giant corporations.

I joined my fellow @banking.senate.gov to break down what it means for you.

Trump is siding with the scammers. We’re fighting back.

Donald Trump said he’ll “be involved in” deciding if Netflix can buy Warner Bros.

Is that an open invite for CEOs to curry favor with Trump in exchange for merger approvals?

It should be an independent decision by the Department of Justice based on the law and facts.
Q: Should Netflix be allowed to buy Warner Brothers?

TRUMP: That's a question. They have a very big market share. I'll be involved in that decision

Millions of Americans are getting kicked off of their health insurance so that Donald Trump can fund tax handouts for billionaires like Elon Musk.

Let that sink in.

I warned that private equity taking over Walgreens would be bad for workers.

This is the private equity playbook: they hollow out businesses, cheat their workers, and drive them into the ground.

Red Lobster, Toys "R" Us, and Joann Fabrics. Who’s next?
Report: Walgreens cuts hourly workers’ pay for 6 major holidays
The hourly employees will only be paid if they work on those holidays.

Last night’s lavish White House dinner showed us the global oligarchy coming together in plain sight.

By cozying up to MBS, Trump has signaled to the world that the United States is now on the side of authoritarianism, not democracy.

The Trump administration is waging an illegal assault on public school kids.

Instead of working to lower costs, they're punishing students.

Only Congress can, and I will not let that happen.

Trump is cutting funding that helps end homelessness.

And now, over 170,000 people are at risk of being pushed out of homes and back onto the streets.

We’re in a housing crisis.

The solution isn’t kicking people out of their homes – it’s building more housing.

Trump promised to lower costs “on day one.”

His own data shows he’s failing to deliver – but he’s lying and claiming he brought costs down anyway.

How can you trust Trump to make things better when he can’t even admit you’re hurting in the first place?

I’m no great fan of the ACA.

I believe we should guarantee health care as a human right through a single-payer Medicare for All system.

But — at minimum — we cannot allow Republicans to destroy our already-broken system by doubling insurance premiums for 20 million Americans.

Medicare for All would save $450B a year.

Every dollar spent on food stamps generates $1.50-$1.80 in economic activity.

Each dollar going to low-wage workers adds $1.20 to the economy overall.

It’s not about what this country can or can’t afford.

It’s about priorities.

They are doubling premiums for 20 million.

Now, they are illegally withholding emergency SNAP funding that keeps millions of children from going hungry.

All so they can give $1 trillion in tax breaks to the 1%.
