Uma coisa que me incomoda é que conforme a popularidade de um artista vai crescendo ele vai se distanciando, se tornando uma imagem. Roupas, entrevistas, músicas, aparência, tudo se torna planejado por uma equipe enorme.

All artists eventually fantasize about going into a little room with no worldly distractions to do their art, a sandwich is pushed under the door at lunch, maybe there is a bit of yard time for 40 minutes, before going back.

Just finished writing my new book. Now for a single cigarette to celebrate before I drive that treacherous winding mountain road in the snow. Sure hope I don’t crash and get rescued by an overzealous fan. That would be misery.
