On Jan 5, 2021 I left Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to study for my Masters degree in the US. On Jan 6, I landed at Dulles International Airport around 8:30AM. My mom and brother picked me up from the airport and we headed to Rockville, MD where we saw the news as we walked into the house…
