If open to relocation UK unis often (including mine) have research and delivery roles in public health and will often sponsor (NHS too). The UK is similarly slowing down on aid investment but nowhere near what happened to USAID. It’s not my area but if you want a few places to start let me know!

Definitely a game I wish I could wipe my memory of and play again fresh—hope you enjoy!! The music and the atmosphere are great, as are the game mechanics and characters and basically all of it haha
