imagine getting a message as clarion clear and ear-splittingly loud as the one they received last Tuesday, and then doing this.

Silver lining is that if there are any holdout Dem voters who wanted to give establishment politicians a chance, they've now viewed the greatest advertisement for a transformation of the Democratic Party.

if @shaheen.senate.gov accepts promises from the GOP, she isn't fit for her job.
November 10, 2025 at 3:39 AM
Guaranteed by whom? @shaheen.senate.gov is misrepresenting this. There is absolutely nothing binding the GOP to hold this vote. This is a betrayal to all the Americans whose lives have been substantially impacted by the shutdown but who still urged you to fight for them. Retire.
November 10, 2025 at 3:34 AM
I'm tired of being pitched "branding." We elected these individuals to zealously represent us. We showed last week that we are enraged. We need to purge the Democrat ranks of people like @kaine.senate.gov and @hassan.senate.gov.
November 10, 2025 at 3:31 AM
"Shame on you?" This speech is utterly disqualifying. A coward who couldn't meet the moment.

If you're a US Senator and you believe anything your GOP colleagues tell you, then you are too gullible to represent the interests of Americans
November 10, 2025 at 3:27 AM
can you bet on a certainty?
November 10, 2025 at 3:25 AM
an unmistakable message was sent last Tuesday: we are enraged. they are sending an unmistakable message to us: they aren't.
November 10, 2025 at 3:24 AM
honestly, legacy leadership in the party probably think the election results form last week give them enough social capital to survive this.

they're wrong.
November 10, 2025 at 3:22 AM
Cui bono? What have you gained, personally, in this act of cowardice? Because the American people have gained nothing and the Republicans have given nothing.

There will never be a vote, and you know it.
