Decided to map out some locales from my previous campaign, now that I've got the mapping skills and time to actually do it. Masashi's family home, a luxurious noble villa that the party got to crash in after nearly killing their son.

But he got better!

Still not 100% sure if my first Godot game will be 1st or 3rd person perspective, but I started work on a goblin girl model just in case.

Spent 4hrs today learning to make tall grass split around a player character.

And a solid 40sec staring at the screen in horror when I realized... it's almost completely imperceptible from 1st-person perspective.

New year, new projects! Decided to return to trying to learn both #Godot and #Blender. Last night I managed to make four models from scratch (trees, rocks, cliffs, and grass), and make a walkable, explorable map.

Today, I start learning how shaders work!
