On Saturday, my good friend Miche @michearts.bsky.social passed suddenly & far too young, from medical complications, & I still can't believe that he's gone. It's the first time I've lost a friend, & the world is undoubtedly a bit lesser without him. (1/5)

It's been two months & I haven't even been able to look at photos of him until today. Losing him destroyed me emotionally more than any pet I've ever had. I'm slowly starting to heal, but I still cry on a regular basis & I still expect to see him when I come home from work.

I haven't been able to make this post until now, but I'm heartbroken to announce that my beloved dog Sparky passed on January 20th at 10:19 in the morning. He was 15 years old & passed with me at his side the whole time.
