Slowly making progress on the print. Decided to do double thick walls to increase the mass to make it feel more like a real steering wheel. Was the right call, but it's making each print take forever. Probably 20 hours of printing to go.

Today's 3D modeling (currently printing) adventure.
Second version of the new wheel for my sim racing rig. This time around it includes buttons.
Will be my first project in ages that incorporates electronics in some form. Hopefully have it printed and built by this weekend.

A prototype wheel attachment for my sim rig that is a replica of my car's steering wheel.
Prototype for now because with version 2 I intend to remake it with built in buttons and completely remove the original wheel underneath it.

Fast forward 24 hours later, I have a new case for my Steam Deck!
Design ended up working great. Does exactly what I was aiming for: Ability to charge the Deck while it's in a bag without having to worry about the port breaking from it shifting around. Charge port is 100% protected.
