In “The Memory Problem: Why Your Agents Fail,” I unpack why context, not capability, is the real bottleneck for enterprise #AI. Read it on Deep Gains: deepgains.substack.com/p/the-memory...
The Memory Problem- Why Your Agents Fail: Part 1
What happens when the knowledge that runs your company lives only in people's heads.

There is no technical debt when code is ephemeral. This is why vibe coding is here to stay.

2025 has been one hell of a ride.
Cheers to 2026

Give me an API key and Opus 4.5, and I shall move the world.

Context graphs are the missing “decision memory” layer enterprises need to make AI agents truly useful. They don’t replace RAG or knowledge graphs; instead they connect decisions, policies, tools, systems, humans, and outcomes so agents understand not just what happened but why.

Meta has not had a great year from leading the #AI frontier perspective. However one of the best at-scale implementations of generative AI was from them. Meta AI translation built into instagram automatically dubs and lip-syncs reels into other languages.

2025 was supposed to be the year of #AI agents. As karpathy said in a recent podcast, this is the start of the decade of agents.

However, in my view, 2025 was the year of "Developer Experience".

#AI wars 2025:
#Anthropic has won the developers and #Google has won over the rest of the knowledge workers in this round.

Deepseek, Qwen and Kimi won the open source side of the story.

I’ll be surprised if anything significantly changes in the remaining weeks of 2025

With the release of Agent Skills, Anthropic has shown us a great reference implementation of Context Engineering. While they may not have called it out explicitly in the documentation, everything about how skills have been implemented aligns with the core principles of context engineering.

So Jensen’s prediction was that OpenAI will 2x from it’s current valuation. Why is that shocking or surprising to anyone who is remotely aware of the industry?

ACP - A new protocol for standardizing the communication between code editors (IDEs, text-editors, etc.) and coding agents. Not going to be big as MCP but could help build standards in a growing niche of IDEs. Supports Zed, neovim & Gemini Agent.

This is the only logical take on the MIT report on AI that I could find. Almost all of the other "influencers" have not even seen the actual report and are going by fortune's take on a fundamentally flawed "research"

If you have noted system prompts of many popular chat apps, they have explicitly stated who the current US president is and when he took office. I guess it is to avoid this kind of confusion. #ai #perplexity

Unlike Google DeepMind, OpenAI didn’t officially collaborate with the IMO for result verification. OpenAI announced their gold medal performance before the IMO closing ceremony, despite organizers requesting #AI companies wait a week to avoid overshadowing student achievements.
