It's definitely been heavily requested by beta testers so hopefully we'll get before this month is out.

Yup. I just put in request on their Google form about allowing us to make changes to our profile without having to go to Bluesky. Fingers 🤞🏾 crossed we get it. 😆

As of now we have to use third party apps such as Capcut or In-shot etc. to edit videos until Google Play store pushes out these updates. There are changes happening every few days so we have to keep checking.

But I'm am seeing the changes happening when those updates are finally pushed out to Android. As of now we have to use a third party app such as Capcut or In-shop, etc. to edit videos.Hopefully once it is out of beta like IOS the updates will be more faster and smoother. Hope this helps.

However, if like me you the beta Android Google is being very persnickety with pushing out the updates as their rules are very different from IOS. So we are at the mercy of Google unfortunately. We just recently got upload, and mail buttons just a couple days ago but it's all dependent on Google. ☺️

Hi, I'm a Skylight Social beta tester for Android and from what I know is if you have Skylight Social for IOS it is out of beta and is now in the App Store. You should have the in-app editor, green screen, drafts, etc available so make sure you have the latest update. conti...

It has been requested by skylighters but it is on a very long wish list of things Tori and Reed are working on. Definitely something to be added in the near future.

Yes. That is exactly how the AT protocol works when it comes to the videos we see. It is also being shared to other apps on the AT Proto such as Pinksky and Flashes too. For barely being two months old Skylight social is moving at lightning speed with continuous improvements on it.
