That's a tough one. I try to give each characters their own personal slang or words they like to use. One might sound more refined, using larger words while another may be about keeping it simple. What do you do to make them sound unique?

I have a file of words & expressions I call 'Seek & Destroy' - I does a find for all of them to see if they can be cut (usually they can). How about you?
