4 Gym routines and lots of walking and thankfully down 0.9KG on the week . Just 11kg to go , can i meet my weight target by mid April ? Then i switch to 3 months re-composition and calorie maintenance before dropping some more fat .
Started at 184lb and end of year target is 154lb but more muscle .

Time continues to rush by - today has been glorious and then i suddenly thought its likely i have around 15 years left at best if i follow my family genetics .

For me , 3 intense workouts in the gym the last 8 days - frazzled so a quiet day sat in bed reading and listening to music . I need to reduce the intensity a bit until my body adjusts to the heavy lifting .
I think my 4 written down workouts should be rotated over a 10 day period to allow rest .

Its awkward - my Dr Surgery in the Uk keeps sending me messages to contact them . They don’t receive e.mails . They request a call during certain hours which is the middle of the night here . I have blocked their calls . As far as the NHS knows i am resident in the Uk but i am not !

A deep sense of calm has come over me - most extraordinary . A combination of things : T Total this year , no alcohol , 3 sessions in the gym and stepped away from Facebook .
