Here's another Xmas art from Mexico I bought years ago. Now that I don't do a tree it's nice to have them around the house to help me celebrate. I love how Joseph has a hat on and they have a dove flying over the holly family. Merry Xmas and Happy Holidays everyone.

Today I asked "Whats your advice for my love life?" I should have said non existent love life. I did this one just for fun. I got The Devil. Wow this is perfect. Take a look at your negative thinking and limiting beliefs and fears. Always right on.

I love this photo of the rain outside the tea house today. This is the stone path that takes you to the tea house. This was when I was leaving today. I'm so lucky to have this in my life. Every Thursday we study together. I have been doing it for 18 years and will for many more.

Tea class today. The scroll says Light and the flowers are from myths garden we called Lingering flowers. The tea sweet with the moon are from Japan a gift of Chie from Japan. They were delicious. It was nice to hear the rain.

Getting my Xmas decorations out. This is a nativity scene I bought 40 years ago in Mexico. I have lost the baby Jesus but still get it out every year. In Mexico they don't put the baby Jesus in until Dec. 25 because he wasn't born till then. I enjoy getting them out every year.

I'm reading a fabulous book and learning a lot about the Japanese court and life in the Heian period. I was lucky to study with Sonja Arntzen and a small group of haiku poets the Tale of Genji. So it's extra special I am loving this book. If yip love Japanese poetry you will love this.

The Oregon Coast is a special place for sure. This is a starfish I found on one of my visits. If you go at low tide you can find lots of wonderful sea life. Need to make a reservation to go again soon.

I have been attracted to porcupines for many years. I think they are one of my spirit guides. The are good at making boundaries. This is one I have in my kitchen from Mexico I bought years ago in Oaxaca. I love him to this day. Wanted to share. He is one of my treasures.
