Well, cops are always my last option. But I could report it. The likelihood of followup is slim though. Seems like only major crimes are investigated now. They'd probably just refer me to identity theft where my report would end up buried in a stack of other cases. Sadly, it's not worth the hassle 🤷🏼♀️

They didn't steal my physical card — just the info on it somehow. DoorDash wouldn't give me an address even if I asked. What would I do with it anyway? Besides send them gift-wrapped dog poo I mean 🤣

Yikes! Thankfully, thieves can only steal what I have now but can't secure more credit in my name. My SSN has been frozen for years after someone stole my identity when I was 19. They bought a boat... and cheese balls. I spent my 20s fighting with credit bureaus and SSA over fucking cheese balls 🤣😭

Yikes! Thankfully, thieves can only steal what I have now but can't secure more credit in my name. My SSN has been frozen for years after someone stole my identity when I was 19. They bought a boat... and cheese balls. I spent my 20s fighting with credit bureaus and SSA over fucking cheese balls 🤣😭
I did dispute. The bank reversed charges immediately and the CC company opened a claim today so all charges should be reversed soon as well.
