Ranked choice and being able to vote in every party's primary would be good too. Also, if people would vote for the politicians that pushed for policies they like and not pay attention to what party is pushing it. Over 70% of voters like Dem policies but the Repubs wont go Dem no matter what.

She bitches a lot about people living off government handouts, then she retires as soon as her 100% of pay retirement starts. Federal employees who work 30 years don't get as good of retirement benefits as Congress members get after just 6 years.
