It happened to me once, the delivery driver literally went to the other side of my town, across the freaking river and back, before coming with my meal 30 minutes late 💀. He said he forgot to stop on its way because it was "too close to the restaurant" ?!?!?

Knowing it's our body fighting itself is somehow making things worse, for me. I already deal with the pain, the fatigue and the anxiety, but it seems it's not enough. I hate this 😞
